Women:

Dresses or skirts, which are preferred to slacks, must be of modest length. No shorts or sleeveless blouses.

Head coverings - either a veil or a hat - are required, as per the directive of St. Paul (1st Corinthians, 11:5).

Collared Shirts and clean trousers. Neckties and jackets are recommended for Sundays.

T-shirts, collarless shirts, shorts and earrings are NEVER appropriate for Mass.

(No Catholic gentleman should have an earring or ANY other type of "body piercing")

Reception of Holy Communion:

Holy Communion is distributed ONLY to Catholics in the state of Sanctifying Grace (free from mortal sin) and who have kept the required fast.
